You have 5 business days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order. After this period, no corrections can be made.
Refunds are not allowed unless the error is due to the owner. Please size up if uncertain, as all items are custom made and non-refundable.
For sizing issues, exchanges may be permitted upon agreement. Items must be unworn and free of deodorant stains, perfume, or detergent.
